where do you ship from? and where do you ship?
• we ship from the usa, and we can deliver to almost anywhere worldwide!
how much does shipping cost?
• shipping within the usa is free on all orders! international shipping is a flat rate of $9.69. additional customs & duties could be applicable to international orders at the time of delivery depending on location.
how long after i order will i receive my parcel?
• order processing takes 1-3 business days prior to shipment. delivery within the usa is typically 1-7 business days. while international shipping can take up to four weeks. certain products may have varying shipping times, if so, it will be noted in the product page.
what methods of payment do you accept?
• we accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, etc), as well as paypal, shop pay, apple pay & google pay. we also accept cryptocurrencies such as dai, usdc & dogecoin!
if i change my mind, can i cancel my order and get a refund?
• unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds once the order is processed and the item is being created, or shipped. however, if you contact us quick enough and catch us before your order goes to processing, we can certainly cancel and refund the order.
can i return an item for a refund?
• sorry, there is no option for returns unless there are defects in the product. if this is the case, please inform us within a week of receiving the order and we will be happy to help find a resolution for the issue.
can i exchange an item for a different size?
• we are unable to provide exchanges once the order is in processing, or being shipped. as all products are made-to-order, and we do not stock replacement inventory. if you can catch us by email prior to the product being processed, we'll do our best to make any changes to sizing.
