► shipping within the usa is free on all orders! international shipping is a flat rate of $9.69. additional customs & duties could be applicable to international orders at the time of delivery depending on location.

► order processing takes 1-3 business days prior to shipment. delivery within the usa is typically 1 - 12 business days. while international shipping can take up to four weeks. certain products may have varying shipping times, if so, it will be noted in the product page.

► we accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, etc), as well as paypal, shop pay, apple pay & google pay. we also accept cryptocurrencies such as dai, usdc & dogecoin!

► unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds once the order is processed and the item is being created, or shipped. however, if you contact us quick enough and catch us before your order goes to processing, we can certainly cancel and refund the order.

► sorry, there is no option for returns unless there are defects in the product. if this is the case, please inform us within a week of receiving the order and we will be happy to help find a resolution for the issue.
